Macathy Dieng Dosso

Chief Administrative and Financial Officer

With more than twenty years of professional experience in Côte d’Ivoire, France, and Canada, Macathy Dieng Dosso has built a career that combines entrepreneurship, team management, and operational leadership.

Her responsibilities in the restaurant industry, event planning, and the management of multiple locations have enabled her to develop a practical approach to project management: analyzing needs, organizing resources, coordinating stakeholders, and monitoring both budgets and deadlines.

Today, she draws on this experience to develop her business and support new projects, particularly at ACROMIA. Her management style is based on working closely with her teams, setting clear objectives, and fostering a sense of responsibility—all with a constant goal in mind: turning ideas into tangible results.
